CA bill to rewrite LGBT figures into history curriculum

The California Legislature could soon pass a bill that would require school textbooks and teachers to incorporate information on lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Americans into their curriculum.

This article is poorly written, IMO.  What California is now planning is to incorporate LGBT into its history curriculum; this crap has already been written into the rest of what they "teach".

It's bad enough that, periodically, some schmuck attempts to rewrite a historical figure as gay, such as happened with Abraham Lincoln, but now California is going to make such revisionism official in its textbooks.  As though anyone today can know with any certainly who was gay then.

Good Lord. They're bound and determined to force us to choose between living in hell or killing the devil.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Where is a West Coast tsunami when you need it . . .
The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living
are outnumbered by those who vote for a living.

It's amazing to me how a group which represents less than 1% of humanity can attain so much political sway .
