The best (easiest) Jerky recipe ever

Equal parts basically.
For 5#'s meat thinly sliced--1/8"
Deer, Pig, Chicken/Turkey, Beef, Lamb...........
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
marinate 24 hrs
Like it hot 1/4 cup hot sauce
Like it hotter drip dry and dredge in crushed red peppers

Lot's of tooth picks

cover bottom of oven with foil/and use a large cookie sheet if you have one sprayed with oil

take out oven rack's leaving one at the highest mark   
   
Turn on oven to the lowest setting 100' to 130' deg.

The rest should just make sense?

Tooth pick meat at the top? you decide

Then set meat on racks apart from each other but as close as you can

Hold (prop) open oven door about 1"

Takes about 4-8 hours depending on thickness
