Hey Everyone!
« on: October 17, 2013, 05:49:45 PM »
I am a Resolution Specialist currently residing in the Midwest, looking to move back to sunny California within the next year.  I had been very active on Facebook previously, but decided that I was tired of blocking the majority of my friends who are Christians, but have extremely liberal views.  I had to literally view 2-3 pages of pro Obama junk before I could even get to the interesting stuff!  I am a Conservative through and through, and I am so tired of the "followers" on Facebook who know nothing about the issues, but agree with other liberals just because they don't know what to say.

It is so sad to sit back and watch this amazing country I grew up in to go down the tubes in a hand basket.

I'm a tad shy at the beginning and may lurk for a short while.  If there's a topic that peaks my interest, I will be sure to chime in!  I am so happy to be here!   ::curtsy4::

Glad you are here.
In a doomsday scenario, hippies will be among the first casualties. So not everything about doomsday will be bad.

Welcome to the forum!

I didn't used to think so, back when giving benefit of the doubt was in my nature - but now, there is nothing as hypocritical as the so-called "liberal Christian". Can't stand listening to their drivel.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

California? Moving back? It's a nice place to visit and all . . . but moving back?

Better idea: Come to North Carolina. Republican Governor, Senate and House. It's sorta like Texas except we got green mountains and it doesn't get too hot in the summer.

But, if ya gots to go, you gotta. Welcome and chime in. You're not gonna offend anyone.
The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living
are outnumbered by those who vote for a living.

I am currently residing in Wisconsin - love our Governor!  I definitely have motive for moving back to sunny California, this is where the love of my life is and I'd be moving back to be with him.

It is just temporary though, don't know how long we'll stay in Cali.

Thanks to all for making me feel welcome!
