Not to be Johnny Raincloud (I like a good story, hit Biden again!) but there are two schools of thought regarding Fawkes, right? One says he was a Papist and merely sought to dethrone the anti-Papist ruler of England impose a Catholic monarch on the nation and another that believes he and his supporters were anti-monarchs exploited by the Papists as well as the radicals. Either way, England had Cromwell and a swell little civil war. I like the narrative of overthrowing an overlord, but we mustn't forget how undesireables often co-opt movements and usher in a different form of tyranny.
