Reid will sit on it.

But umm, even the cynics in the establishment cannot even go beyond 1 year?  I guess they no pointless when they see it.

So do people who see weakness and an inability to cut off funding to force repeal.

Really?  I was planning on playing "Everything is Awesome" on endless loop  with the volume set to 11.
It seems like it should be the last thing these morons should hear before they die at the sword of the barbarian hordes.

Sorry, I neglected to elaborate on my definition of fiddling...you are of course correct...I just wanted to convey the satisfaction of seeing the hordes at play...and jumping in when the opportunities present themselves of course.

No - I like that song. Yes, it would be ironic.. but I don't want it to be associated with the death and mayhem I get to witness.
"Everything is Awesome" is already annoying to begin with, has lyrics that sum up the liberal lefty lifestyle and ability to reason, and also has that ironic factor.

DEGENERES: It’s doing very, very well...you’ve got 5 million people signed up so far. [Applause] An enormous number of people have signed up, so it’s successful....Well, for people who are starting to applaud here, I think everyone’s very grateful that you did this. And I think it is important for people to sign up. It’s just better to be covered. You just never know.

http://newsbusters.org/blogs/tim-graham/2014/03/20/ellen-sucks-obama-obamacare-doing-very-very-welli-think-everyones-very-g#ixzz2wWRD8Gwv

If Ellen Degenerate wasn't a known dyke I would have expected her next move to be to drop to her knees and do what is doubly unnatural for her to do...

Lets see how many stupid people buy this BS and rush to sign up...

What?

Site traffic is naught?  That's about right.

Lets see, weren't they complaining about 30 MILLION uninsured when they were pushing this? The NYT was pushing a number like 48 Million.

Quote
In 2012, the bureau said, 15.4 percent of people were uninsured, down from 15.7 percent in 2011. The number of uninsured people, 48 million, was not statistically different from the estimate of 48.6 million in 2011.

And How many Millions LOST their coverage? almost 5 million according to AP  I love the liberal spin,"

Quote
But of those, who will get a new plan?
According to the report, half of the 4.7 million will have the option to renew their 2013 plans, thanks to an administrative fix this year.
Of the remaining 2.35 million individuals, 1.4 million should be eligible for tax credits through the marketplaces or Medicaid, according to the report.
Of the remaining 950,000 individuals, fewer than 10,000 people in 18 counties will lack access to an affordable catastrophic plan.

So yeah they lost thier plans, but half can get them back because the President illegally changed a law without congress!
And then the rest <COULD> get new plans that offer less and cost more ( even after tax credits)
and the remaining MILLION, well they <COULD> get a "catastrophic plan" ( which covers doct visits, prenatal care, and condoms)  if they wanted it.

Well of the 47 Million who didn't have insurance in the first place, that you just added 2 MILLION to, how many <COULD> have bought insurance and chose not to..  Well lets do the match shall we..  Say all of those 2.35 Million individuals who had health care before sign up again under Obamacare.  And You have signed up 5 Million people,  so an additional 2.65 Million from 47 Milllion chose to sign up.  Yea! Its a success ! The are only 43 Million uninsured now.

And not to mention those 5 Million are only the sick people  and the whole scheme is doomed to failure ( as it was designed to be)  its a fantastic success.
Just remeber that when you tell us later that we need single payer because its not working. F'ers.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present William Pitt, of Karl Rove is about to be frogmarched fame, in all his uncensored glory.

Straight from that ultimate den of howling monkeys

What I've learned about the Affordable Care Act

Quote
What I've learned after a three-month war with these fiends: the ACA says the insurance companies cannot deny coverage to those with pre-existing conditions, which is true as far as it goes. But they can deny coverage for the life-saving medications necessary to treat those conditions. The insurance company I signed up with through the ACA exchange just denied coverage of my wife's multiple sclerosis medication. We're "covered," to the tune of $700 a month...just not for what she really needs.

A cozy loophole, that.

f**k you, insurance industry.

f**k you, Mr. President, you piece of sh*t used-car salesman.

From my heart and soul, f**k you.

Damn, you beat me to it. That post at the Democrat Underground is the ULTIMATE. I hear by declare that the entire thing is required reading.

You'll laugh. You'll cry. Okay...you won't cry but you will laugh a lot. This is the absolute best. Click on the above link and ENJOY.

For some background on who this douche is you can read about him at NewsBusters.

One other link: This link will take you to the first DU post. This is the one that starts out with how happy he was that he was going to "get covered."

The post that MNHawk linked to was written on the 18th of March. This one was written on the 19th (yesterday) and it's more of the same.

EDIT: Having read a lot of this stuff now I can say that I do feel sorry* for the douche and especially for his ailing spouse. He f**ked up. He trusted Obama. And now he is paying dearly for it. His spouse suffers from MS and cannot get the meds she needs because the stupid-ass DumbassCare plan that they have does not cover them. She was on COBRA and they (stupidly) let it go when he (excitedly) signed up for DumbassCare. And now he (and his unfortunate spouse) are paying dearly for that choice. She is going to suffer. A lot. He will, too. And he will have to live with the knowledge that it was his stupid-ass politics, his cheerleading for Obama and DumbassCare that ultimately doomed his spouse.

So...I can exercise some modicum of sympathy for my political adversary but can his buddies at DU? Some of them, yes. A lot of them, most decidedly no. He is getting the kind of "sympathy" and "advice" from those clowns that Job received from his "friends" which is to say, pretty horrid and unhelpful. The comments from his comrades at the DU are pretty horrible...a smorgasbord of Monday morning quarterbacking about what he did wrong and why he shouldn't be blaming Obama, etc. Totally disgusting. But, that said, you lie with dogs...

*I feel sorry for him the way that I feel sorry for a rabid dog who is obviously suffering but still needs to be put down. The thing is, he has learned nothing really. If you were to ask him about any of the other horribly damaging things that his hero is doing to the country he would stand up for all of that crap without hesitation. He is, after all, a true believer. All he knows right now is that DumbassCare is not working for him and he's pretty pissed off about it. And that it's all about him. I can guarantee that he wouldn't be outraged if this were happening to someone else (witness his buddies on DU). So, although I feel sorry for him and his spouse I really don't because it would be like feeling sorry for Saddam Hussein being tortured after he was captured. No, I don't want to see Saddam tortured...I would rather see him just plain executed. And that's because he deserved to be punished for his multitudinous acts of terror. I guess I would shoot him in his extremities a few times and let him bleed out in as much pain as possible but I wouldn't want to be a torturer per se. This William Pitt is an absolute puke and what he is going through is horrible and, yes, he deserves it for all of the accumulated filth he has spewed for many years but I take no actual joy in his suffering even though I am reasonably sure that he would be delighted in watching any conservative suffer. I am happy to have that distinction.

Quote
"I long for a time machine.

I helped, in my own small way, to promote this thing, because of the pre-existing conditions aspect that would benefit my wife. I feel like a f**king dupe.

On edit: I AM a f**king dupe. Last time that happens."

And he is a dupe but continues to be one on all other lib issues so no lesson learned. Here is a typical response to his thread:

Quote
What does the President have to do with your insurance company's formulary?

I mean the attack seems purely gratuitous.

Another...

Quote
It's your responsiblity to check to see if your medications are covered. This was true before the ACA.

The fact is that you can work with the insurance company to see if they will cover it, and you can appeal their decision.

Or this one:

Quote
I can see getting angry at an insurance company adjustor

Who won't do what you want right away. But the POTUS is not the first person I'd think of. Just weird.
