Yes, my own outfit grossly over-fantasized how much free care was going to be converted to ObamaCare plans and as a result of their budget being blown on day one of the new year they are asking all concerned pay the price for their hopism...more brilliance in action from kool-aid guzzling morons running most sectors of this industry!  Quite infuriating, really, but not unexpected.

The waiting time is already up.   One of my mom's friends is waiting until at least the end of May for a hip replacement.  Before Barrycare,  she probably would have had it done 3 weeks ago already.
