I can also see another scenario where they outlaw such clinics, citing the cash-only clinics and patients circumventing the system and therefore "not paying their fair share" in the form of fees that subsidize the system.

I can believe it. The non insurance "Christian" plans are ridiculed by the gov't and called risky. In reality, they are mad because healthier people are flocking to the alternative, leaving the sick to be fleeced by gov't plans. They will likely be outlawed too.

In a small scale sense they already exist - the Minute Clinics, like to set up in grocery stores and drug stores. All they have to do is grow and expand. And if this sh*t continues they'll do just that.

Obama destroyed the living crap out of small business...the one-time "back-bone" of the American economy...and he and Clinton's DemonRat's did the same thing to the family farm, which ironically not a few were good democrat plantations...by imposing regulations only Big Ag can absorb and even more maliciously yanking the land out of families by punitive tax laws that FORCED heirs to divvy up the land so as to pay the effing Tax Man until it gets to the point there is nothing worth divvying up anymore and BigAg swept up all the easy pickings!
