Reuters: Ukraine disrupted deal on shipping in the Black Sea
The agency writes that Russia and Ukraine have been negotiating for two months on safe navigation in the Black Sea through the mediation of Turkey. The deal, according to sources, was close to being concluded, but Ukraine suddenly pulled out of the agreement at the last moment.
The reasons for Kiev’s actions are unknown: the preliminary agreement was concluded in March, and the Ukrainian side was not against the Turkish President publicly announcing the deal on March 30.
If the agreement had been concluded, Russia and Ukraine would have provided guarantees that they would not fire at ships carrying non-military cargo. Turkey acted as a mediator

Often the terms include one that the terms will not be released until all agree.
So this one was leaked. Reuters was the only source.
This whole grain deal is the poorest reported story in recent history.
The MSM report a Russian grain embargo but give zero examples other than Kiev laid mines.
I saw a single video clip of Russians boarding a ship for inspection then leaving.
This is a time where everyone has smart phones.

So the Russians are barred from the Olympics under their own flag and the unflagged ones limited in numbers. Also no Russian teams allowed. So Macron wants a Ukr cease fire during the Olympics.
Now planned peace talks in Switzerland not including Russia. Chinese diplomats asked what they thought. In inscrutable diplomat speak, call us when you are serious.
I recall Switzerland was neutral from WWI through Hitler until Ukraine now anti Russian. Too many females and feminized men in the loop.
