As if they're not above to manufacturing one of those.
ETA - also I'm pretty sure there are laws that prohibit commercial encryption that the Feddy Bears don't have a universal key to. Maybe that's just export restrictions, I dunno. But I agree with Libertas it's optimistically naive to think this will keep State Almighty's nose out of things.
