I mean let us assume you are correct and a guy flipped you off...so fricken what...your appropriate response is to get in his face, threaten to tazz his ass and then cuff him?
This clown should be kicked off the force...well, that is if the PTBs in the department aren't condoning and encouraging cops to be fascists...
Makes me want to go out and flip off a cop!!!
