You want to fix that basket case?  I mean really fix it?  Make it a tax haven, zero federal or local taxes on business or personal anything...and let nature take its course.

I'd rather see it sink than shoot taxpayer money down a bottomless pit.  Same goes for the other basket cases we have that already call themselves states!
