Title: New Dust Bowl in the Offing?

I hear about this Ogallala Aquifer now and then.  Don't know if it is leftist hype so they can worm their way into controlling more and more of everything we do, or if there is legitimate proof that the aquifer is depleted.  Can I trust the Ag Dept?

We are depeting it...and that has accellerated since the government induced gasohol boom.
