Jail on Unalaska Island, maybe.  But I prefer a more permanent solution.  Apparatchiks are on the list, too.

As far as I'm concerned the nomenklatura are at the very top of it. It's these craven little busybody functionaries that actually see to the implementation of State Almighty's designs on our liberty.
