I rather suspect when the BRICS bank actually gets going, it will have its own version of SDRs, so the currencies run by the central banks within the member countries won't matter so much. ALL of the fiats are in trouble, and the BRICS are maneuvering so they are ready with the alternative when those currencies collapse - even if those currencies are their own... It will probably "honest money" for a while too.
