It's time to start impeaching Federal judges. Of all the branches of government, the judicial branch has always been the smarmiest. It's also the only branch that has no direct accountability to the citizens. I think of all the mistakes the Framers made, the bulk of them are in the judiciary.
Pat Buchanan had an article recently echoing these sentiments. He said it's time for the court to have its wings clipped. I agree.

It's amazing how they keep finding all these new rights in a 230 year old Constitution: the right to murder unborn babies, the right for faggots to "marry" each other, and now the right for the entire planet to come to this country.
What exactly do you do when a legal concept is written in plain English but the court deliberately rules otherwise? This is where conservatives often paint themselves into a corner by having made such a big deal out of respecting our institutions and rule of law. When those institutions are knowingly corrupted and coopted the Left acts like it is hypocrisy to call them into question.
And on a related note, I have some misgivings about this Supreme Court nominee. He has come out virtue signaling against Trump regarding Trump's criticism of the 9th Circus. He is an Episcopalian. I am getting an Old Money Beltway Insider vibe and I don't like it. If I were Trump I would consider bouncing that nominee in favor of someone else.

I am wondering now if this is more gamesmanship from Trump. He didn't make the revised order take place immediately, but set it a week ahead, almost like he wanted to give them time to pull a stunt like this.
It's BS that they do this. The President has clear authority to establish these rules. The judiciary does not get to set foreign policy for the country. Plus these rulings presume that the entire world has a preexisting right to come to our country and that these rulings are somehow an infringement of that right. They have no such thing!
Our system of government does have prescribed methods of dealing with this sort of intransigence. The problem -- as ever -- is that the GOP will never use these tools. Federal judges can be impeached by Congress.

Yup. Non-citizens have no rights, to say they do is an outright lie! There is no language anywhere in the Constitution granting any rights to non-citizens, period. But as we all know activist (ie-treasonous) judges invent crap out of thin air! Just like abortion! If the argument these traitors are making is to be fully accepted, then there are no laws, because rights invented are no different from laws ignored...there is no meaning in anything but what one perceives it to be. So, in the illegal alien example it is "lawful" for anybody to kick in the back door of anybody's dwelling (there should be no doors, especially locked ones in America!, that is racist and wrong!), people should be able to use whatever it is in that dwelling for themselves (including other people!) without any recrimination and everybody should just effing get used to it as the "new normal"!
And if people are too stupid to know what the true nature of Islam is...then assholes like these judges and politicians and their drones should be forced to take them into their homes and if they lose their heads, well...that's just what good tolerant drones are supposed to do!
