I determined years ago...perhpas going off the gold standard, I forget, that Breton Woods was left in the woods...but this is a good rundown, and you don't even have to read the narrative if you don't want to, the many charts graphically display the picture quite nicely, we are in the era of paper and kabuki...a return to Breton Woods is impossible, but so is finding a happy exit...
