Title: Good day from Central PA

I was invited to this forum by a poster on another board (hi deb!) where I've posted this and that for over a decade. Politics and current events are my first interests but I enjoy reading and posting on most anything.

I've had a rather colorful career, starting off in broadcasting in local radio before moving to syndication and then management. I was blessed to be in the right place and right time and sold a few companies and now invest primarily in real estate.

My wife's career has brought us from Boston to Central PA, where she works at a regional Med Center and is currently neck deep in Cystic Fibrosis research.

I'm a Dad, occasional coach, Boy Scout leader, and volunteer Children's Minister. Also, perhaps because of these things, I'm also aging far to fast for my own taste.

So that's it. See y'all on the inter-tubes!

My sweet little first cousin had CF and died when she was 9 about 40 years ago. She was a beautiful child. We have come a long way in CF research and treatment since then, haven't we?
