First we had the good 'ol West Nile, that came from...well, obviously, not here! We only had the encephalitis risk for a long time, that was it.
Then this year we get the
Triple EEE virus and now some crap called
Chikungunya, from Africa (of course!) rears its head!
Not to mention other non-skeeter bugs popping up this year like
the Vibrio shellfish thing, the outbreaks in jst about ever state of Enterovirus mutations, the
TB outbreaks and of course the rising incidence of
Ebola in America.
