Obama: It would be easier to be President of China
[blockquote]...“Striking a very balanced, and in many ways, neutral approach is recognized by many people in the region as not being with them, or on their side,” said J. Scott Mastic, the head of Middle East and North Africa for the International Republican Institute. “It’s very important that we be seen as supporting the demands of the people in the region.”

How Mr. Obama manages to do that while also balancing American interests is a question that officials acknowledge will plague this historic president for months to come. Mr. Obama has told people that it would be so much easier to be the president of China. As one official put it, “No one is scrutinizing Hu Jintao’s words in Tahrir Square.”[/blockquote]

And why is that, Hussein? Perhaps because no one expects the President of China to advance the cause of individual liberty or true democracy? Because the world does not look to China for moral guidance and defense of human rights? You hate the ideal of the President of the United States as "leader of the free world" don't you? Maybe you fantasize that you could rule America with as little accountability to the citizenry as the Chinese President? Your sycophants certainly fantasize about you having the autonomous power to enact the Marxist agenda without accountability.

You make me f**king sick, you puke.

God, this man cannot be gone fast enough for me.

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Since he likes to invoke President Bush all the time, I think it is appropriate to remember all the Bush Bashing HE did while he was a member of the minority.

Just saying......

I understand that China doesn't want him. They have a growing economy and they want to keep it that way.

Yah; it'd be easier on us if he was President of China, too.

Let's offer to trade POTUS for a couple take-orders of Moo Goo Gai Pan.

Seems fair to me.
The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living
are outnumbered by those who vote for a living.

It's pretty bad when Stymie has to go to a grade school to find a crowd that's halfway impressed with him ... and only then because he's taller than they are !

Poo-poo platter seems more appropriate.

Hell, I'd swap even up Obama for Hu Jintao. He seems like a straightforward guy, and interested in economic growth. Sure, he's a communist, but we've already got that. And Jintao has a vested interest in making sure America's debt is brought under control.

Oh, hell.  I'll do it.

This country's enemies, foreign and domestic, wouldn't actually be in hell, they'd just think they are.

Yes, that's right!
