...but there already IS a "First Amendment Defense Act"...it's called the Second Amendment.

Yeah, but they just admitted they allowed both to be illegally reduced in effectiveness, how else can an intelligent person interpret their desire to try to reverse that with mere legislation?  And if the statists can erode God-given rights codified in Constitutional Amendments, doesn't bode well for taking any legislation seriously, right?

The only thing that will get their attention is masses of angry citizens no longer willing to tolerate their lawlessness.
