Title: Rahm sees the writing on the wall, won't run for reelection for mayor of Chicago

Rahm Emanuel,  mayor of Chicago,  won't run for re-election.    Rahmbo  sees the writing on the wall,  knows he won't win a third term (barely won the second).  Would have lost last time,  but was able to keep the video of the cop killing a kid under wraps until after the election.    Been a pretty terrible mayor,  matching the lousy Daley 2.

Of course the next mayor will likely be worse.   Twelve people are already in the race.
