I keep telling people the Chi-Com's see only one way out of their economic woes and it is war...

Now, INDOPACOM commander Admiral John Aquilino is sounding the alarm -

"We all need to understand that it's moving very fast," Aquilino said, as quoted by Bloomberg.

He said, "The buildup of military power despite a bad economy, the increased narrative of all things inside the 10-dash line are Chinese sovereign territory, then the actions that are going toward enforcement."

After serving three years as the head of INDOPACOM, Aquilino will step down. He oversees 380,000 soldiers, sailors, Marines, airmen, guardians, Coast Guardsmen, and Department of Defense civilians.

He warned about rising tensions near the Second Thomas Shoal, where the Philippines has held the line since World War II. A recent incident of Chinese vessels using water cannons to block Philippine military vessels has been an ominous sign for some military observers.

Aquilino also spoke about China's economy, indicating the world's second-largest economy "has drastically been reduced" because of a "real-estate market crash."

"You go ask any economist if the Chinese are going to deliver 5.3% growth, and they will tell you, 'No way,'" Aquilino said.

Aquilino also called North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's regime "disgusting" for spending large sums of money on the military while a food shortage ripples through the country.

David Asher, a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute, commented on Aquilino's remarks by stating:

"Admiral Aquilino has been a forward-thinking, leaning, and acting US Combatant Commander in the Indo-Pacific. But the facts on the ground and sea have been allowed to strategically favor Communist China which has fortified coral reefs and atolls across the South China Sea and fan its naval forces across the region from the seas surrounding Japan to Taiwan to the Philippines and Vietnam.

"China's relentless expansionism has been largely unopposed. Beijing cannot be allowed to continue its expansionist wave. It's time for the US, Japan, and Australia to link up and provide active protection to the Philippines and start to begin freedom of navigation missions to Taiwan. Incoming Commander Admiral Sam Paparo will have a lot on his plate."

It is not unusual, though more usual in the past than now...for outgoing commanders to issue one last warning as they leave a posting.  It confirms my own concerns in the region.  I am unmoved IMO that the wrong engagement in Europe is an unnecessary and dangerously distracting and wasteful use of time and resources when the far larger threat in the Pacific remains negligently under-addressed.  America's enemies in order of magnitude are: Communist China, Iran & North Korea in that order...all others can wait or are not an immediate problem.  We neglect the Pacific and it will be our undoing unless stupidity in Europe renders the world inhospitable first.

Heh, with the Chi-Com's devaluing their currency, suffering from a at-best stagnant real estate situation, and stagnating living standards...they are now trying to hide outflows...but that capital has to go somewhere and it looks like crypto is it...

The Elite, the UN Cabalists, the Globalist Ghouls, Demonic Pedo's, Global Socialist Order...whatever They/Them have planned...it MUST BE FOUGHT DOWN!

“The bigger story here that people are not paying attention to is the UN is coming together in September... and they are having ‘The Summit of the Future.’ "

They say the crisis could be a climate crisis, an economic crisis, environmental crisis, pandemic crisis, black swan crisis or maybe something from outer space.

They know their time is short, and they are going for the big enchilada here.  This is really a summit for a tyrannical future...

They want control of every aspect of your life.”

For anybody who remains confused over how rotten the corruption filth and scum is inside the entire DOJ and FBI bureaucracy...let this soak in...

Michigan State University gave $500 million to more than 300 women and girls who were assaulted. USA Gymnastics and the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee settled for $380 million, and today the DOJ settled for $138 million. No one in the FBI was ever held accountable.

DETROIT — The U.S. Justice Department announced a $138.7 million settlement Tuesday with more than 100 people who accused the FBI of grossly mishandling allegations of sexual assault against Larry Nassar in 2015 and 2016, a critical time gap that allowed the sports doctor to continue to prey on victims before his arrest.

When combined with other settlements, $1 billion now has been set aside by various organizations to compensate hundreds of women who said Nassar assaulted them under the guise of treatment for sports injuries.

IG Report Excerpt – […] “The OIG found that, despite the extraordinarily serious nature of the allegations and the possibility that Nassar’s conduct could be continuing, senior officials in the FBI Indianapolis Field Office failed to respond to the Nassar allegations with the utmost seriousness and urgency that they deserved and required, made numerous and fundamental errors when they did respond to them, and violated multiple FBI policies.

The Indianapolis Field Office did not undertake any investigative activity until September 2nd, five weeks after the meeting with USA Gymnastics—when they telephonically interviewed one of the three athletes. Further, FBI Indianapolis never interviewed the other two gymnasts who they were told were available to meet with FBI investigators.

This absence of any serious investigative activity was compounded when the Indianapolis Field Office did not transfer the matter to the FBI office (the Lansing Resident Agency), where venue most likely would have existed had evidence been developed to support the potential federal crimes being considered, even though the Indianapolis office had been advised to do so by the USAO and had told USA Gymnastics that the transfer had occurred.

Additionally, the Indianapolis office did not notify state or local authorities of the sexual assault allegations even though it questioned whether there was federal jurisdiction to pursue them. As a result, the Lansing Resident Agency did not learn of the Nassar allegations until over a year after they were first reported to the FBI and then learned of them only from the MSUPD.

Moreover, the FBI conducted no investigative activity in the matter for more than 8 months following the September 2015 interview. During that period of time, as alleged and detailed in numerous civil complaints, Nassar’s sexual assaults continued.”

Anybody professing to still be confused is clearly brain damaged...anybody not seeing a problem with this is clearly Evil.

Well, thanks to Swamp Fever...it is going to be easier for the scum within to persecute all political enemies...

Oh, no but we didn't know, how could we?

 ::doublebird::   ::viking::

Among lame, overused lines often employed by members of Congress, this one is among the lamest and most overused in the book:

“I have classified information—which I can’t share with you—that tells me I’m right and you’re wrong.”

Don’t fall for it.

There’s a good chance politicians using this line are exaggerating whatever they learned in a classified briefing for their own convenience.

If they’re not—and there really is a deep, dark, classified secret behind their answer—they shouldn’t be talking about it.

If they can find a non-classified reason to justify their position, they should rely on that instead.

If they can’t find such an explanation, perhaps they should reconsider their position.

After all, we’ve all been lied to—or at least deliberately misled—in classified briefings.

In any event, members of Congress should *not* be talking about classified material, much less using it as a shield to insulate them from legitimate questions asked by concerned citizens.
