Listened to a story about some friend that couldn't afford the regular plans and settled for Medicaid for the children. Great they said until they wanted to use it. The child needed to see a specialist, an ear, nose and throat guy/girl and the appointment was scheduled for four months from now and if they miss it, another one could be scheduled five months later.
