With a schedule as hectic as President Obama's it must be hard to stick to a training regimen without help -- but why does he insist on having his old trainer fly out from Chicago to D.C. regularly when Obama and his wife exhort the rest of us to drive less? And in a recession? According to Ashley Parker at the New York Times, Obama's fitness czar Cornell McClellan comes out to D.C. every week:

I would never ride a bus if he was on it.That sonofabitch has the balls to tell us what keep our thermostats at and that we can't eat all we want and what to eat while he spends our money like a drunken sailor.(sorry sailors)

Hey! No pickin' on drunken sailors! (http://th163.photobucket.com/albums/t293/felesfeminaCR/Emoticonos/th_drunk_smiley.gif)
I prefer the term "drunken dictators"! ;D
As far as Obama goes, his actions have been 100% consistent - hamper America's ability to use its own resources and inflict as much economic pain on his enemies (us) as he possibly can.
He can, and no doubt will, go to hell!
(What the devil does with him...well...it can't come soon enough or last long enough to suit me!) ::devil::

Fitness Czar...
I wonder if that's the same one who taught Sasquatch how to run down her own game (lobster) on the White House lawn?

Reminds me of that joke of Reagan's -- "You could say government is spending like drunken sailors, but that would be an insult to drunken sailors because at least drunken sailors spend their own money"

I agree ... My Dad was one of those drunken sailors in February or 1946 when the good old APA USS Fayette came back to New Orleans to have her guns removed . As a matter of fact , my 20 year old Dad and his shipmates drank their way from New Orleans ... to Gulf Port ... to Biloxi ... and to Pascagoula where the ship was finally decommissioned .
I refuse to listen to any sort of radical talk regarding "drunken sailors" !

I said sorry!!DAMMIT! ::oldman::

I'm not sensing a rebuke, seems like a statement of fact.
I'm OK with that!

When my son returned from Iraq ( WPNS PLT / LIMA CO. 3 / 25 MARINES ) they were sequestered for several weeks and drank quite freely , having suffered the highest casualty rate of any Marine unit in Iraq ...33 % . That also happens to be the highest casualty rate of any Marine Corps Company since WWII .
There are worthless drunks and drunks of worth . Any man who's put his ass on the line is allowed a good drunk !
My U.S. Army comrades also qualify .

And we'll raise up our glasses
against evil forces, and sing,
"Whiskey for my men,
And beer for my horses!"
-
" Come fill your glasses fellows and stand up in a row ;
For singing sentimentally , we're going for to go .
In the Army there's sobriety , promotion very slow ,
So we'll sing our reminiscences to Benny Havens 'O !
Oh to Benny Havens , O ... To Benny Havens , O ...
We'll sing our reminiscences to Benny Havens , O ... "
