A lot of hype about that. There are no such rules. All congress is doing is stopping an unelected bureaucracy from creating such rules. Besides, the proposed rules only affect ISP's, not marketers and google and stuff like that.

Right, like the boxers thing in the other thread...I understand and appreciate the ISP angle, but Google-spammers et al are a fact of life...and when you condone massive govt hoovering it's almost silly playing "who's the bigger threat" when nobody is pointing at the govt!
