Pecs? That's what they call 'em now?

As an aside, I really don't like ink on my womenz.

Was it in poor taste to post this?  I thought it interesting from a body-building point of view (yes, really) as chest-presses and flies readily train one's ability to isolate and flex the pectorals at will.  Not that "Sara X" has been weight-lifting, but she has been ... practicing.

I'd say without question she strength trains. In some way or another, she is engaged in resistance training. Whether it's weights or some other method, who knows? I rather doubt that she gained that kind of fast-twitch muscle control by practicing isometrics to Mozart.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Not buying it.  For one thing, the woman doesn't have a triceps definition to speak of, even when she flexed to take off the jacket.
