Blue and Gold 21-17 over the Black Knights.

Navy QB Reynolds scored his 85th TD, breaking the tie for the FBS/FCS record and was the first Navy QB to go 4-0 vs Army.

On paper it was a David vs Goliath matchup with Navy coming in 9-2 and Army 2-9, but Goliath pulled it out with a couple of picks and a knocked down Hail Mary with time running out for Army.  Army lads played hard, but the streak is alive.  Next year will be interesting, Army found a QB and while Navy says goodbye to their leader after their Military Bowl match with Pittsburgh (8-4).  And the Navy coach is talking to BYU about their opening so Navy may have a new coach in the mix next year to contend with too.

I've been enjoying watching these games...the streak has been fun.

I didn't watch it, but heard it was a great game. Congrats, Navy!

Navy beat Pittsburgh 44-28 in the Military Bowl (http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaaf/pittsburgh-panthers-navy-midshipmen-201512280102/) yesterday, gaining their 11th win of the season, the first Navy team to get 11 wins.

My Gophers held off the mighty Chippewas of Central Michigan 21-14 in the Quick Lane Bowl (http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaaf/central-michigan-chippewas-minnesota-golden-gophers-201512280031/)...about as forgotten a bowl venue as there is...but it what it is.

Ready for some New Years action with the big bowls.  I have plenty of hooch, surf & turf and snacks aplenty ready to go.   :D
