Bullsh*t to this. It's just what happened with Sessions; a few of the "ethics officials" -- not disinterested parties, I might add -- got ahold of him and presto-chango!, he recused on faulty RussiaRussiaRussia grounds.
Hopefully, Whitaker is just paying lip service to this.
