Surprised there is no thread about the Dakota Access Pipeline "protest" in North Dakota. It's been going on a while, blocking construction of an oil pipeline, which had/has full permits (which aren't a walk in the park to even get in the first place). In spite of years of planning with various native American groups over the route, anti-oil interests have changed their minds over having the pipeline at all. Lots and lots of misinformation about what is going on there.
But surprise, surprise, smug white liberals acting like smug white liberals!

The only thing this illustrates is who the State sees as an enemy...unlike the so-called Malheur National Wildlife Refuge "occupation"...nobody at DAPL has been arrested, nobody has been run off the road and executed by Fedcoats...you have to ask yourself "why?" but don't bother thinking too hard about it, it really isn't that hard.

Funny how you only see these stories in very local or international news sources. For the lamestream, its yesterdays news, at least until they notice the pipeline has begun to be built again.
