Title: Charity without Charities: how an app can cut out the waste

An interesting piece on NRO about a charity "app".   It's called DonorSee.   How it could upend charity as we know it,  and cut out the waste of "big poverty".    As we have been finding,  even private charities like the Red Cross,  aren't very good with your donations,  spending far too much on expenses and overhead.

And of course a government "charity"  trying to throw a wrench in it,  to protect its turf.
