Just for fun. A short read but an interesting one.

Before I read this...I know this name for some reason, or feel I should know it...

Ah ha...I was thinking of William, who along with a couple other famous types my father idolized as a young boy...

Good story.  He had to have known what the mean over crowded streets of home would produce had he stayed with his brothers...this fella had smarts early on.

Interesting too how the natural leadership ability and toughness can be shared but used for good or evil...a real life Cain and Able story.

Good find 'Soup!    ::thumbsup::

Great story. This was a young man who had a dream, as we all have had at one point in time. The difference is, he got on that ferry and left his family to travel to Nebraska.
