Looks like a small time nobody to me...but hey, he's Russian and a spammer with links to another low-level fraudster in Amerika...so...just like the unrelated Benghazi video clowns, here we have a schmuck about to be paraded as living proof of Russian state interference in an election for which there isn't one single shred of evidence...
