Judge issues order, order gets ignores, judge orders marshalls to arrest, marshalls went their panties and refuse, judge calls for volunteers and deputizes them, the duly appointed drag this criminal scum out by any means necessary or get gunned down by the Dear Leaders henchmen and it's Game On...

Either way, justice would be served one way or another...
