Remember Bernie was always talking about (Republican) banksters committing bank fraud.    You know when a Democrat accuses Republicans of doing something,  they themselves are doing it.    Case in point.   

Though its his wife that is the one that probably committed the crimes.

  From some reports it sounds like they're looking at him for pressuring the bank to make the loan.  Then again it is other peoples money.

I doubt he will ever get indicted.   But its nice to see the chickens come home to roost for a change. 

Just shows he is a crook like the rest of DC.
