Oh I am, on both counts.  But I am not bonding well with the inhaler crap they gave me!  Makes me nauseous and jittery as heck!  And when I cough I am still surprised not to see the insides of my toes shooting out my mouth!  That souped up cough syrup sure is nice though!  But my sleep pattern is now like my cats!
