Another DUI arrest, like the woman who was stripped naked and thrown on the jail cell floor. This woman does not appear to be overly intoxicated. At one point, she is asked to exit the cell. We lose sight of her for a moment, then she reappears under the physical control of a cop, who forcefully shoves her. She falls face-first into the corner of a concrete bench, shattering her face. All caught on video.

I was thinking the same thing. I'd bet you cops have a higher propensity to be "wife beaters" than the general population of men. It's part of that whole preening, domineering, beta-male-who-thinks-he's-an-alpha-male mentality that is now actively sought out and cultivated in the police forces.
I didn't watch the video. I've gotten to a point now where I just can't watch the stuff anymore, because I'm tired of the sensation that nothing can or will be done to remedy any of the abuses. It's frustrating enough having to read and write about it in the abstract.
