...these actions are nothing new, they've just been dormant, now, it is just increasing in frequency due to having a trouser-pilot President, disputes over Ukraine, Syria, well just about everywhere, the fact that Vlad has to make his military oligarchs happy doing something, and because he likes doing it...
While I am skeptical of the Russian ability to keep this up and maintain equipment safely, it is just a matter of time before they screw up and have a failure of some sort (like blowing an airliner out of the sky somewhere else than over Ukraine) and remind people again that, while America might have a weak leader, Russia has a crazy one.
