When laws are ignored by some and not others and enforcement and punishment is unequal...you know you are living in a failed society.  When supreme laws of the land granted by God and codified by men are violated you know the only way to remedy the situation is to rise up and slit the throats of your oppressors as your ancestors and Founders did!

I always learned the rules, but when I started to out play them, they change the rules.
