Title: A couple of musicians I missed
Post by: ToddF on January 05, 2015, 08:26:28 AM
and didn't catch until one of those year end lists.

Ian McLagan (http://www.austinchronicle.com/daily/music/2014-12-03/ian-mclagan-1945-2014/)

Keyboardist for one of the greatest bands in history, that was never all that popular.  They all landed on their feet, after they disbanded, except perhaps Ronnie Lane who came down with MS shortly after.  The Who...The Rolling Stones, and the singer even managed a hit or two.

Rod Stewart -The Faces - Stay With Me - Live 1972 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZmjCq-USqU#)

Jimi Jamison (http://www.tmz.com/2014/11/11/jimi-jamison-meth-cause-of-death-stroke/)

Ya, doing meth in your 60's probably isn't a bright thing to be doing.  Shame, as he was a heck of a singer.

Survivor - The Search Is Over (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xELTfJ-ZVBc#)
