I think Department of Homeland Security should focus on securing the border or some other activity to protect us from harm, not seducing pedophiles to Canadian fantasies come true land.

I mean isn't there some protocol or job description guidelines or do they have all encompassing investigative  legal authority. 

Next they will investigate the planet Uranus.
