She's not clear on the responsibilities of the Attorney General vs the Solicitor General.  For that alone she should not be approved on the basis of basic ignorance.

So based upon the prior votes of the Republicants in the Senate, we can expect a total capitulation because of her skin shade. MLK might be rolling in the vault but I can't be sure.

It's just another Kabuki dance, Libs.  Even as carefully as Lynch answers their questions, it's plain to see what she is, yet the Senators are fumbling around in order to seem contemplative while they refuse to articulate what they know.  They'll confirm her, as if they don't know she's Holder with boobs.
