I don't dismiss the Admin claims against this deal...bigger doesn't always mean better or more economical and the concentration of power and effect on healthy competition needs to be looked at...ordinarily I am opposed to most all government interference in business affairs...but the increase in leftist crony capitalists and psuedo-free markets has so mucked up the waters that the Rubicon was probably portaged long ago and this or that doesn't matter a damn anyway...so what will be will be...
