The Republican governor, who is building a likely presidential campaign, won't agree to anything considered a net tax increase by national anti-tax activist Grover Norquist. Lawmakers have been trying to find loopholes to Jindal's rules.
Someone explain to me why Jindal and conservative are used in the same sentence?

Mainly because for most JurnoTards the word "Conservative" is tossed about like it is the "N" word, it's supposed to be a bad label.
For E-GOP/RINO/AINO types it is used in the hopes of bullsh*tting weaker-minded folks that their guy is not an E-GOP/RINO/AINO stooge.
Anybody who has a lick of sense knows better.
