Obama officials made clear in a press briefing that firms would not be allowed to lay off workers to get into the preferred class of those businesses with 50 to 99 employees.
It's been awhile since I've read Atlas Shrugged; which law/rule is this again?

IRS got a purdy mouth...can they back that shyt up? Bring it! And isn't the capricious use of EO's to violate this or that provision of a law umm....besides illegal and totally banana republicish...sorta scream for people to gang up and sue the Fedcoats into oblivion for not enjoying equal protection under the law?!?!?!
