This perfectly describes the agenda-driven ideology of classical statists like nothing else - develop a system to monitor "hate speech"...the program works, but too well...it finds minority posts are more hateful and prejudiced at a "substantially higher rates" and thus they conclude that the programming is racist against "African-American English" speech...
