A cool story I had kinda heard about. The Finnish group Nightwish had been having trouble with their lead singer who good but not great. They were in Denver in 2012 and she got real sick. The group who opened for them was Kamelot and they had two female lead singers

They gave the crowd a choice. Cancel the concert and refund money. Or have the crowd sing many of the songs plus have the two female singers do their best. The crowd voted the later. One of the singers sort of knew some of the songs as she had auditioned a while back. The other knew none of the songs. They had 55 minutes to learn the show as best they could. They were given sheet music to take on stage.

A very memorable show for the fans.

The next show on tour was in Salt Lake City where the regular singer did the show. They asked a Finnish singer Floor Jansen to fly in and learn the show for Seattle in 48 hours which she did. They fired the regular singer.

Megyn Kelly Goes NUCLEAR on Trump Verdict – Says Democrats ‘Will Rue The Day’ – Republicans Must Prosecute Biden, Obama and Clinton to ‘Save The Republic’

It is a before-and-after moment for America. What just happened today is a line we can’t uncross. And these Democrats will rue the day they decided to use lawfare to stop a presidential candidate. I’m not talking about violence. I’m talking about tit for tat.

You just wait and it won’t be Hunter Biden the next time. It is going to be Joe Biden. It could potentially still be Barack Obama. It could still potentially be Hillary Clinton. We’re going to have to look at what the statutes of limitations are, on the various crimes they surely committed.

We’re going to have to look at passing laws to revive those dead crimes, felonies or misdemeanors so that those cases can be brought out of time. That’s what may be in the interests of justice. Just like they did for E. Jean Carroll with a New York state law that was passed just so that she could sue him.

That’s what happened. Turned about as fair play and John Yoo, an amazing lawyer who worked in the Bush administration, Department of Justice, has a great piece out today how that is the only way they’ll learn. The only way to save the Republic now is to give them a taste of their own medicine.

What to do now? First, it is now absolutely essential that Trump be elected president. The Democrats cannot be allowed to get away with this effort to turn America into a banana republic.

Second, the Democrats understand nothing except the raw exercise of power. Therefore, Republican attorneys general and district attorneys should bring criminal charges against Democratic officeholders wherever possible. No Democratic officeholder should be allowed to retire, in any jurisdiction with Republican law enforcement, without facing criminal charges. There can’t be a single Democratic official in America against whom a criminal case can’t be brought that is better than this case against Trump. It should be open season on Democrats in the criminal courts.

Third, the criminal prosecutions should begin with Joe Biden. Unlike Trump, Biden is actually a criminal. He is already known to be guilty under the federal bribery statute, to the tune of at least $20 million. If Trump wins in November, his Department of Justice should immediately indict Biden, and Biden should be hounded until the day he dies or goes to prison, whichever happens first.

Of course, Republicans face a disadvantage that Democrats don’t. Some cases, including, I assume, a federal criminal prosecution of Biden, would have to be brought on the Democrats’ home turf, Washington, D.C. If that is the case, so be it: as Mark Steyn says, the process is the punishment. Biden likely would not live long enough to face a jury in any case.

And attorneys general in states like Texas, Florida, South Dakota, etc., should look into whether Biden’s taking of bribes or other actions could qualify as crimes under their states’ laws. After all, if Alvin Bragg can prosecute Donald Trump for federal campaign finance violations that he didn’t commit, another state official can likely find grounds to prosecute Biden for bribery, which he did commit.
