I know a few bubble heads...but being on a large surface target there were obvious off-limit areas, some guarded by Marines of the armed variety...a year seems reasonable for a error of judgement...though I cannot help wonder why someone seeing him snapping them just didn't ask for them to be...bit-bleached in Clintonese....
