What, then, is the definition of "A crime of violence?" We can all come up with examples of our interpretation, but what definition could any court rely on?

You know when you're sat down to Thanksgiving dinner and you get that sweet sauce from your sliced cranberries drifts onto the mashed potatoes and gravy? That's a crime of violence.

Not for nuthin but why give the OK to a law that lawyers can have a field day with.. I'm not happy about this but better they pass a law that stands up than waste time with this. The Dems would be laughing their butts off at us.

Don't hold yer breath waiting for this Congress to pass any improvement of immigration laws -- any deportation is a bad thing to them.
