Jeesh, how much does that crap cost to retofit?
Another example of a failed system...stop patrolling areas and walking beats to keep an eye on bad apples...just assume everyone is a bad apple and throw this beast out there so it looks like you are giving a crap and doing something! It's the perfect win-win for politicized police forces and lose-lose for people who are not criminals and the innocent people in the adjacent neighborhood the scumbags moved to prey upon.
