PEORIA, Ill. (http://directorblue.blogspot.com/2013/06/thank-goodness-obama-eeoc-now-enforcing.html) - Star Transport, Inc., a trucking company based in Morton, Ill., violated federal law by failing to accommodate two employees because of their religion, Islam, and discharging them, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
The lawsuit alleged that Star Transport refused to provide two employees with an accommodation of their religious beliefs when it terminated their employment because they refused to deliver alcohol.

If you're a small photography company, you can't decline to take jobs at gay "weddings" without incurring the wrath of State Almighty. If you're a Muslim, you can refuse to carry alcoholic beverages in your job as a delivery driver; you can refuse to check out customers with dog food or pork products in your job as a grocery store cashier, but no there's no double standards or agenda being advanced here. No, none at all. Equal protection under the law seems to have evaded our betters but let's be Frank, we didn't ever think for a moment that they would. Here’s what is at stake:
If Phillips loses the case and refuses to comply with the order, he would face fines of $500 per case and up to a year in jail, his attorney said.
“It would force him to choose between his conscience and a paycheck. I just think that’s an intolerable choice,” [his attorney Nicolle] Martin said.
No legitimate government would impose such a choice. But our government has degenerated into a tool for imposing a malignant ideology, so Phillips’s chances don’t look good.

Honestly, we have to do business in this world. We can be in the world but not of the world. If this is a matter of conscience, then this bakery probably turns down revenue routinely and honestly, it is bad business. I prefer a different tact when it becomes apparent i'm dealing with a difficult customer or, lets say, someone I don't agree as far as life choices. All I'm saying is custom cakes are expensive and sometimes the flavor isn't as good as a smaller cake.
Take their money. Take more than your fair share.
